The crew arrives with ladders, lifts if needed, masking materials, drop cloths, and the coatings specified in your estimate. Work is often scheduled during off-hours, weekends, or in phases to avoid interfering with business operations. Surfaces are prepped by sanding, patching, and cleaning, then primed and coated according to the project plan.
After the final coat dries, you will notice that walls are free of scuffs, stains, and uneven color, trim and baseboards are cleanly defined, and floors or ceilings that were included in the scope are finished with no overspray or damage to surrounding surfaces. Randy David Painting, Inc. completes a final inspection with you to confirm that all areas are finished as agreed and that the space is ready for use.
The service includes coordination with property managers, tenants, and other contractors to ensure that painting does not interfere with plumbing, electrical, or HVAC work happening at the same time.
