A Cleaner Exterior Starts Here

Over time, dirt, grime, moss, mildew and other buildup can leave your home and outdoor surfaces looking worn and neglected. Randy David Painting provides professional power and pressure washing to safely clean a variety of exterior surfaces and restore a cleaner, well-maintained appearance.

Power and pressure washing are also an important part of preparing many surfaces for painting, staining or sealing. Our experienced crew uses the appropriate equipment and cleaning method for each surface, whether we’re cleaning siding, decks, concrete or masonry. More Than Just a Quick Spray

Power and pressure washing can make a big difference in how your property looks, but cleaning effectively isn’t always about using the highest pressure possible. Different surfaces require different approaches, and too much pressure can damage siding, wood and other materials.

Our crew considers the surface, its condition and the type of buildup before choosing the appropriate cleaning method. Whether we’re removing dirt and grime from concrete, cleaning a deck or preparing a home for a fresh coat of paint, the goal is to get the surface clean without causing unnecessary damage.

Power & Pressure Washing FAQ’s

The terms are often used interchangeably, but there can be differences in the equipment and water temperature used. More importantly, different surfaces and types of buildup require different cleaning methods. We choose the approach that makes the most sense for the surface and the job rather than using the same method everywhere.

Power and pressure washing can be used on many exterior surfaces, including concrete, masonry, siding, decks, patios and walkways. Different materials require different cleaning methods, so we consider the surface and its condition before deciding how much pressure and what cleaning method to use.

When done incorrectly, too much pressure can damage siding, wood and other materials. That’s why we adjust the pressure and cleaning method based on the surface being cleaned. The goal is to remove dirt and buildup without damaging the material underneath.

Paint and stain perform best on a clean, properly prepared surface. Dirt, grime, mildew and other buildup can interfere with adhesion and affect how well the new finish holds up. Power washing removes that buildup and helps prepare the surface for painting, staining or sealing.

Drying time depends on the material, weather, temperature and amount of shade the surface receives. If power washing is part of a painting, staining or sealing project, we’ll make sure the surface has had enough time to dry before applying the next product.

With more than 35 years in the painting business and a long-tenured crew, we bring decades of experience and quality craftsmanship to every project.

We believe in doing what’s right. That means honesty, treating people fairly and never cutting corners.
